Welcome! My name is Marianne Breneman and helping people live healthier lives is my passion. I love collaborating with busy individuals and families who want to reach optimal health but need a little guidance to do so.

I’ve always been interested in fitness but I had a real lack of understanding about food and how it affects our day-to-day performance and long term health. I became interested in learning more about 10 years ago when I questioned my own level of health and saw friends and family affected by various illnesses. I was curious if food and lifestyle choices were causing or exacerbating the issues and I started to delve more into research and reading about nutrition choices. I decided to become a certified health coach to get solid, science-based knowledge and make a career shift from teaching music to educating people on Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition.

Going L.E.A.N has been a great choice for me and my family and I’m excited to share these life changing concepts with you. Together we can take healthy back for you and those you love!
